Vela Ultrasonic Diffuser

HOW DO ULTRASONIC DIFFUSERS WORK?
These are the latest essential oil diffusers, they are very successful. It is a “hybrid” device which diffuses essential oils and water vapor at the same time (like an air humidifier). This is a cold diffusion method which preserves all the properties of essential oils.
The principle of ultrasonic diffusers is as follows: they include a reservoir that is filled with water and a few drops of essential oils. A vibrating surface activated by ultrasound (frequency > 20,000 Hz, inaudible) "atomizes" into very fine droplets the water + essential oils mixture which then escapes from the device in the form of a light mist.

Purists and fans of aromatherapy will prefer nebulizing diffusers of pure essential oils which are undoubtedly more efficient from an aromatherapeutic point of view (to optimize the therapeutic properties of essential oils).
